Dr. Daniel Ritz
Dr. Daniel Ritz is a native of Florida. He joined his father, Dr. Bill Ritz, who has practiced in Ocala for over thirty years to form Ritz Eyecare. Now located in a new professional building, the original office was formed at Jasmine Plaza over ten years ago.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida and completed his professional work at the University of Houston. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree with High Honors. Dr. Dan Ritz served his extern training at the Texas State Hospital in Rosharm, Texas. There he worked closely with surgical ophthalmologists and provide a wide range of primary eye care.
Dr. Ritz is married to Rebecca Ritz and has four children and eleven grandchildren. They are members Meadowbrook Church in Ocala. As well, Dr. Ritz is a Board Certified Optometrist in Florida.
